Animation Capture Speed

Ok...I give...

How do I slow down the speed of my MPEG when I "capture" an animation.
My time line was 10 seconds long, but my MPEG created via capture is 1
second. Please help!

    Well what was I thinking!? It's so obvious! LOL...as everything is...

    Thanks to Christopher Rees for pointing me in the right direction.

    Double click on the timeline and adjust "Rate" or Frames".

    The total length (time in seconds) will be the frames divided by the
    Frames per Second. in this case 402/25=16 seconds.
