Anybody Using MCAD Data and iPads/Tablets ?

Folks,

Someone recently asked me if anybody has tried using iPads or other tablets to view mechanical CAD data.

I do not think they were interested in being able to author new MCAD data on the iPad. They were thinking of some simple viewing, manipulation, and other similar tasks. Ease-of-use is key.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

    PTC showed an app for the iPad at the conference in June. Not sure when it will be released.

    The wow part of the demo was shaking the iPad exploded the assembly. Shaking it again unexploded it.
