Bend Lines through Cutouts

We have some parts that have the bend lines going through a cutout. When
we transfer the IGES wireframe of the to Optimation, the bend line
confuses the nesting program. If we try to delete the bend lines in
Optimation, more than the bend lines gets deleted.

Has anyone else had these problems with Pro/E files going into a nesting
system?

    We use Opti/Pro by Jerand Technical services to export our flats to iges files and they are nested using Optimation. We have some parts with bends going through cuts and optipro cleans them up nicely for us. The website is www.jerand.com. Hope this is helpful for you.
