Bending customised tubes in Creo 2.0

Hi all,

I'm designing a Formula Student chassis as a final year project to be used at next years event. However, I have come across a problem. Using a discussion I found on here from April 2013, I have managed to add the tubing as per the event rules, but it said that it was only for straight tubes. Is there any way of bending customised tubes to be used for the roll hoops, or is it a matter of just using the closest existing tube?
