Hi Amar, ProE shows this message when your toolki application is running
without a ProE session loaded or if pro_comm_message.exe process is not
loaded. Usually it happens when your toolkit app is not working right and
does some wrong action to ProE that causes it to fail.

Your toolkit application crashed Pro/ENGINEER and the communication
between Pro, pro_comm_msg.exe, and your app has been broken.
