I know that many question were like this, sorry but i couldn't fix it.

I have PTC creo 3.0 parametric student edition, how can i change language to hungarian?

Setting a language is usually done through environmental variable LANG or PRO_LANG but PTC doesn't officially support Hungarian language, so you're out of luck. If there is a Hungarian version, it was most probably done by some local reseller and you should contact them to know if you can use localized version and how to do it.
