Cleaning Up - Project directories

Morning fellow 'Creo' users!

I'm wondering what methods or software people use to clean out the multiple file versions that Creo creates when you repeatedly save a file??

Know a quick way of doing this?

Anyone point me in the direction of a decent (free) piece of software that would clean up and just leave me with 2 or 3 copies of each file?
