Controlling model with form

How do I control my model with a form?

By a form, I mean a graphical window with tick-boxes, pulldown menus etc.

I have seen it done at a lecture. Now my parts are controlled by the PRO/PROGRAM input.

Can you point me to somewhere to start looking from?

    I think this can be done using Pro/Weblink, it includes HTML and Java Script customization

    OR might be by creating a Toolkit application.

    I am not a expert for these modules however it might be related to your query.
