Creo 2.0, Customizing UI

Going Live with Creo 2.0 in a couple days....are you able to create "new flyout" (WF5 term) in the quick access tool bar? I cannot seem to find it, so I am assuming that it no longer exists.

    I have noticed...if I hated the software that I used everyday for 8-10 hours a day, I would probably shop around for a new job/software.
