Creo 2.0 error 0xc6000005

Dear PTC Comumunity,

does anybody know what to do when my creo 2.0 shows error: 0xc6000005

Hopefully can somebody help me.

      I have the same problem. It happens just after I open Creo Parametric. I'm using Student Edition.

      "Creo Parametric is shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent, which is required in this edition. If you call Technical Support about this problem, report error 0xc6000005."

      Hey!

      So I got the same problem, I checked, the PTC Quality Agent is installed, yet it does not start when I try to start Creo Parametric 2.0.

      I started the Quality Agent manually, but it still produces the same error.

      PTC, any idea? Thanks in advance!
