Creo 3 setup.exe won't run

I downloaded Creo 3 Student and got it unzipped into its own folder. When I try to run setup.exe nothing happens. Really. Nothing at all. I've tried running as administrator. I've even tried Win7 compatibility. Still nothing. Any suggestions/help?

Laptop. MSI GT72s. Win10.

    Hi,

    how did you unzip 4GB downloaded file ?

    I suggest you to use 7-zip for unzipping. 7-zip will also warns you if zip file is corrupted.
