I’ll be presenting Creo Admin 102 next Monday at PTC Global Live.

    1:00 PM CUST110 PTC Creo Admin 102

    Location: Room 201B

The focus is how to do maintenance updates. As we all know there are issues
with the software and each new maintenance build is fixing some significant
    bugs.

The first day I got back to designing and making drawing on Creo, I opened
up 3 calls with PTC, By the end of that week I was up to 6 call, one of them
    priority level 1.

I’ll talk about some of the issues you’ll run into with a maintenance update
and then spend the bulk of the talk on how to script this so it’s easy on
you and the user. Because I expect to be doing a lot of maintenance updates
    over the next year.

One of the issues that I just resolved with PTC’s help, was too late to
make it in the slides, so here’s a little taste of some of the tidbits I put
    into the appendix.

As always, things that don’t quite fit the main topic I put into the
appendix. This is what the appendix contains

    • Scripted Uninstall of Creo

    • VirtualBox – The admin’s friend

I use this to do test installs, and to troubleshoot scripts

    • Disabling Creoagent & Thumbviewer

I do this on diskless systems with no internet connectivity

    • PDF Export Profiles

    • Items no longer controlled by layers

    • Config option meaning 180°

    • Creo Stability Issues

    • Creoagent & Learning Connector

    • CreoView Version Checker

    Hi all,

I thought this was possible, but maybe not with WF4.
Is it possible to turn a sketched arc into a circle in sketcher without deleting the arc?
I've tried everything I can think of with no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Stefan
