Leader arrow does not follow boundary in parent view if "Boundary type on parent view" is "Ellipse"

    When developing the ellipse style boundary in parent view, the customer requirements included the concept that the leader not be a normal (perpendicular) style, but be allowed to move freely.  To move the leader arrow around the boundary ellipse, pick the detail view reference note and RMB > Edit Attachment.
