Cursor shape

Hello all
Does anybody know if we can change the pencil shape cursor to an arrow
shaped cursor while manually creating dimensions in WF 2.0

    I need to clarify myself, I do have the arrow cursor for the most part,its
    when I choose create a dimension my cursor shape turns into a pencil
    shaped cursor in which I do not like that,I would prefer it to stay with
    the arrow at all times .
    Any ideas or is it possible?
