CVMAC manuals

Quite a while ago I asked if anyone had copies of the CVMAC manuals. Many
people responded. It was great to hear form all of you. Thanks for your
help.

Graham Cox from the UK really came through. He made copies of his, and
sent them to me. They have come in handy already.

I wanted to use this public forum to say thanks to Graham. Thanks Graham!

    Speaking of which there was a lot of good cvmac info
    in the old cvers books.
