different fonts in the same line of text...

A while back, I thought I read a post about having different text styles
in the same note and line, but now can't seem to get it to work, nor can
I find the original post.
I tried the following based on what I remember. What I have is a note
that reads
{0:VIEW IN DIRECTION OF ARROW P}
and I've change it to read
{0:VIEW IN DIRECTION OF ARROW }{1:P}
Now I'm trying to query select just the "P" portion in order to make it
a larger font.
Is this possible? Or did I misread something...
