Dimensioning & ANSI Y 14.41

As you know , ProE WF4 now supports the new standard for dimensioning (ANSI Y 14.41). Anybody knows this standard ? Anybody checked it out ? Of course it's possible to buy the official manual of this standard, but anybody knows if it's possible to find any subset or an overview of it ? Thanks a lot Bye Pier
