Dimmed tangent lines?!?!

Since we upgraded to WF 4, it appears that dimmed tangent lines are not looking as expected....

In "wireframe mode", they look dimmed. In "no hidden" mode, they look like the object lines.

I installed the latest drivers (Quadro FX 3500)...

Is there a setting we're missing?

    There is an issue with visibilities that has been around for a while, went away, and is now back. If memory serves, a later edition (build) of WF4 should solve it for the most part. I remember thinking it was weird they brought back a bug that had been fixed.
