Disable "New to Creo Parametric" and "Creo Parametric Options" dialogue boxes in Creo 3

Hi all,

the dialogue boxes appears after starting Creo3. There isn't a common disapear option for administrators which allows to hide this box for each user.

An SPR exist, but PTC want not fix, because of the required information for every user.

For my point of view, an adminstrator should able to decide how to inform the user.

This windows appears once again a user have deleted his local creo_parametric_customization.ui.
