    Hi,

    Quality Agent is installed automatically as part of Creo installation process.

    Hi,

    I do not know how did you install Creo.

    You have to see following window during installation.

    PTC Diagnostic Tools = Quality Agent

    If you open Programs and Features window and check its contents, can you see PTC Diagnostic Tools item ?
