Dude, where is my "Ref Dim"

Just switched to wf 4.0 and can not find Ref Dim. In wf 3 it used to be under Edit-> Setup-> Ref Dim

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    The answer is:
    Insert>Annotations>Ref Dim.
