Dynamic Rotation Speed (WF3)

My dynamic rotation speed (or sensetivity) decreases the clsoer I zoom into a model. How do I change it so that it's constant regardless of how much I zoom in?

    Controls the sensitivity of the model to rotation.

    yes—Reduces the sensitivity of the model to rotation.

    But it is no by default... is yours set to yes?
