Enable default template option while creating sketch

Hello ,

Does any one has any idea on how to enabel "Use default template" option in File-> New -> Sketch window ?

Hi Awadhesh

Sketch is free from units and mass properties(As per my understanding).

So there is no such templates available ,like part and asm..

So there is no option for selecting any template

if you make a rectangle of 10x10 in a skech ;

then it is neither 10mmx10mm nor 10inch x 10inch. It is just 10 unitsx 10units.

If you will use it in mm unit part template then it will be 10mmx10mm

If you will use it in inch unit part template then it will be 10inch x 10inch

But there is a "use default template" check box at the bottom of the image attached. this window comes when you click File->New->Sketch.

Can this check box be enabled ?

Hi

As per my knowledge there is no such options

The check box (Use default template)will always remain.

greyed when there is no option or you have specified the type in some config option.

(it is related to web page/front page designing)
