error-student version of pro engineer

hi,I'm using the student version of pro engineer.it was working properly for nearly one month and,now it doesn't work..also when i open the parts created with this version with the educational version at school,it gives me error messages saying some objects created with the student version won't be displayed.is there anyway i can solve this problem...
