Error with open file on Pro/E

Hello
I got a problem when I try to open a ".ASM" file on one of my new HP desktop.
When I chose the floder and select the file then click "open", and the pro/e just shutdown.But the same file could be open on another computers.
My new desktop's OS is windows 7 Enterprise 64bit ,with Intel i7-4790 ,and other computers can open this file normally, so I use the "Procmon" to capture some detail while the error occur.
the result as attach,there's hundreds of error log while I open file, but I can't really understand what those message represents.
So, if anyone can answer it, I'll be very very grateful.
