EXT_COPY_GEOM_FEAT problem

Anyone been having this problem?
Our company have problem with this ”EXT_COPY_GEOM_FEAT”
What happens is when you open a model, even though it is set to hidden, you have to unhide and hide again, so it does not  show.
Problem is the same on several computers, with several types of graphics-card and graphics driver versions. It came when we upgraded to Creo 3.0

Our software is:
PTC Creo 3.0 M040
Windchill 10.2 M030

    Do you have any reproducible scenario for this issue? If it is reproducible, I would suggest to contact Tech. Support and provide sample data and with steps.

    You need to save the hidden status along with saving your model.

    I use Creo 3.0 M080 and it works without the problem that you have explained.
