Extended Exit Logger?

Anyone have any documentation or information about the Extended Exit Logger for Creo or Pro/E? I have searched the PTC.com web site and can only find https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS7633 which is a case solution. There seems to be no documentation or info anywhere. I need to learn more about this tool.

    Tech Support will have to supply you the exit logger. Open a case and tell them you want it.
