Filename search in 10.2?

In 9.1 you could set this preference to show the filename as search criteria on the simple search.

Looked like this:

I don't see anything like this in 10.2. There is no preference.

I don't want to get results from the FAST indexer. I just want the matching filename.

    In 10.2, you have to click on the Advanced Search tab and if you select CAD
    Document as your type, it is an option under Criteria. You can then save
    the search or use it again from the Search History menu before it drops off.

    Make sure select only [Types] that have filenames.

    After this you can select [Filename] from Criteria.
