My fellow users and admins,

Is there a way to change the embedded browser inside of ProE to use Firefox instead of IE? I am having PDMLink issues IE 7.0 and would like to switch to Firefox completely, even in ProE.

Thanks in advance for your help.

PTC says it can't be done with anything less than Wildfire 5 (and maybe not then). Don't let that keep you from trying, though! See this topic: (http://portal.ptcuser.org/p/fo/st/topic=16&post=64181#p64181)

I can only wait when we have the choice to choose the browser inside of Pro/E. Firefox has so much more functionality that I consider it an Applications, not just a browser. I install FF3 as the default browser for all my users. Just wish I could use it inside of Pro/E.
