Flag shown dimensions with lost references.
Is there a way to flag shown dimensions that loose references?, instead of
them dissapearing when the refernces dissapear. Similar to the way created
dimensions turn magenta when their references dissapear.
We have been using created dimensions to get around this issue, but rather
just use shown dimensions.
