Free Viewers with Measure capabilities

It feels like Monday and I am in need of some assistance finding a good utility for a client that does not have CAD at all but wants to be able to measure and maybe markup 3D models of Pro-E parts (2001, WF2, WF3). Since this client is NOT CAD savvy I would like to keep it simple for them. Thank you in advance for the input and assistance.
