From mm to inch

Hello, I am a French technician (sorry for my English). I use Pro/E Wildfire 4.0 configured in Milimeters. I have 2 questions: Is it possible to draw in inch? (by modifying the configuration, I suppose ) If yes how do you write dimensions. For example how do you write on the keyboard 1'-5 1/4 "? Thanks Michel
