Full Screen Menu bar PView 8.0 M010/M040

PView 8.0 M010/040 Normally if you switch to FULL SCREEN you get the FULL SCREEN MENU BAR shown. This doe not work any more, so i do not get the FS MENU BAR. It does not help to activate the MENU BAR while normal view. Does anybody know how to activate it again, may in registry?
