generate coord. systems from text file or script?

Hello, I would like to generate a bunch of coordinate systems automatically using an existing coordinate system as a reference. I have the origins and rotations of all these coordinate systems with respect to the reference system. Is there a way I can generate a script to read the origins and rotations and automaticaly create all the coords? I should point out that I do not have any experience with writting any kind of internal PROE programs/scripts. Thanks, Tory
