Giving away their Wildfire 2.0

Here's the scenario. A person had Wildfire 2.0 but removed it to upgrade to 3.0. Can that person give their original working version of 2.0 to someone else to use??

    What you own is a license to use the software, not the software itself. So you cannot give the old version to someone else, legally. Practically, it's not possible either because they'd need a license file to run that copy of WF2 and that license file is only good for your PC.
