Well it aint flat if that's what you want. I rotated the part so the center section is vertical and you can put the P/L where ever you want in that area. The rest really aint bad, do the silhouette curve and then the areas where it dont match 100% just do a projection in that area to smooth it out. Then copy each side as 1 curve and away ya go with a split.
