Mfg Gurus,

Is there a way to post more than 1 ncl files in 1 output?.

Im not sure I have put the question right, here it goes;

1. I have 1 operation with lets say 5 nc seq, I need out of this;
2. And I want to change the angle(for some reason ex:+5 to -5
degrees)
and take the output.

The problem is I want both the output in 1 posted file, right now I have
2 nc files, is there a way ? Or im beeing silly?

Thanks in advance,

Sukhesh

    Hi Steven,

    Thanks for the reply, the problem is I want the whole Operation-5 NC
    sequences).

    Let me put it this way;

    I have cutter with 10 teeth, I have only 1 teeth designed (which
    includes 5 nc sequences) which actually finishes my 1 teeth fully.

    Out of 10 teeth (360/10) 5 teeth has +ve shear and rest of them has -ve
    shear, -5 degree(these are alternative teeth).

    Now the actual story:

    I pattern all my nc sequences so that it fills my 5 teeth (360/5)and I
    post this operation and cut it on mill to produce 5 teeth cutter.

    Now for the the rest of the 5 teeth which needs -ve shear, I just change
    my model, sothat it gets -ve degree(same operation)
    Now I repost this(operation), but before posting I even roate the
    operation to 45 degrees to accommodate between the first 5 teeth.

    I hope you got what I ment to ask!!

    Thanks,
    Sukhesh
