How many people are using Sigmaxims Smart Library?

We have been using the SmartLibrary for 5 years. Since moving to Wirldfire 5 we have been experiencing problems with the notes for the hole callouts. Sigmaxim claims it is a PTC problem and PTc says it is a Sigmaxim problem. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same or similar problems and had a fix for it.

    Hi Kevin,

    I think most Sigmaxim customers would agree that Sigmaxim has excellent customer service and fast response time when bugs are found. Their products usually don't require large numbers of developers and bugs can usually be fixed within a few days with some exceptions of course. It would be my opinion that if Sigmaxim could fix the issue without PTC, then the issue would be resolved already. Therefore, I believe that the issue is very likely on PTC's side and they are at the mercy of how fast PTC moves in correcting bugs.
