how to automatically place "style curves" on a layer?

I wanna make a template file which can automatically place style curves on a layer .

in the default template file, it can automatically place sketch curves on a layer , coordinate and planes for layers, but cannot set for style curves. why ?

any one could help me . thanks much in advance.
