How to change toolbar ribbon interface

Hi,

Quick question ; I would like to change the interface of the toolbar ribbon from this :

to this :

sdfgdgs.PNG

How?

I am using creo elements pro 5.0

    Upgrade to Creo 2 or 3 or 4. There is no way in Creo elements pro 5 (which was originally call Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5) and might more appropriately be called Creo 0.0.

    The UI was changed, in drawing mode, to the Ribbon UI, in Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0.  The Ribbon UI is available for all modes, i.e. drawing, part, assembly, etc., as of Creo Parametric 1.0.
