how to open wildfire 4.0 model in 3.0

hi everybody, please help me on this topic coz some of my colleagues are still using wildfire 3.0. We din't expect this problem will happen on the first day we bought the new version. thank you in advance

    You will need to install: "GRANITE-based Cross-Release Interoperability for Pro/ENGINEER". You can find information on it in the Free Downloads section of the Resource Center on the PTC website. I've never used it, so let us know how well it works.

    Hello Everyone, I would like to share what I used to do this case. I converted file to be "step file" or "iges file" with WF4. And then it be able to open with WF3. It maybe the nonsense action but I did it ^_^ But now I will look for "GRANITE-based Cross-Release Interoperability for Pro/ENGINEER". Let's wait for other one advice.
