how to reopen workspace in Creo

I open workspace to review info, and then I will close it to do other work. But I can't reopen this workspace without refresh. When I click on Workspace(note1 in pic), it will open the screen with refreshed workspace.

is there a botton to open the provious workspace without refresh?

    You may try using "Show browser" to expand and collapse browser instead of closing. It is available on Bottom left.
