How to set Microsoft Office as default email in ProE WF-IV

Hello All,

I am using Wildfire IV and am looking to setup Microsoft Office as the default email system for ProE.

Currently when I click on "File /Send To/ Mail Recipient (as Attachment)" I get errors that there is no default email system.

    That would be a Windows setting:

    You would have to set the default Windows mail program to Outlook. Pro E is reading it from the Windows default settings.

    So, Outlook is set as my default mail client for all applicable file types, but, in Creo, when I initiate File>Send to>Mail recipient (as attachment), and leave the file type as .prt and click OK, Outlook does nothing.

    As Creo should, it delivers the message "Objects prepared for attachment", but Outlook is not responding to the request.

    Any ideas?

    I am also evperiencing the same issue as Kevin. What is the fix for this issue?
