I Need help!! Creo quality agent error 0x06000012. Cannot run either program 3.0 or 2.0

I have a major issue with a quality agent error. I was currently working in creo 3.0 for my homework assignments and also tried to download creo 2.0 so I could open some of my work in class if I was unable to finish at home.

After downloading 2.0, I am getting a quality agent error (0x06000012) and cannot run either.  PLEASE HELP!!!!
