    Hi,

    according to http://www.ptc.com/File%20Library/Product%20Families/Creo/Elements/Creo_ElementsDirect_Modeling_Express_Edition_Comparis…

    the program is able to Import STEP and 3D IGES formats, only. I am not sure whether import of 2D IGES is not supported.
