ITAR legend on a 3D model?

Pro/E and Windchill users,
How do you put an ITAR legend on a 3D model; Productview and/or Pro/E model?
In 2D I could use a Format OR A Productview stamp but how in 3D models/

    How about using the new Digital Rights Management functionality for this?


    Not that I have actually done this or anything... (But I have thought about it!)
