link between curve & std hole

Hi all, Based on our business requirements,we need to make link between sketched curves & standard hole(not referenced with that curve). (i.e the sketched curve has same profile & dimensions of the required std hole(ex:M20)which has to be linked.) so if any one modifies the curve dimensions such as major dia,pitch,thread length & so on.,it will be reflected to the created standard hole. please help me out to solve this query & let me know your ideas at the earliest.
