Military Hardware Library?

Years ago I downloaded various Mil Spec Hardware zip files from the PTC website. (EG...ms24693-8.zip) Was checking to get updated files, and cannot find where on the site to download these files. I re-downloaded the Basic Library, and they arent in there.

Any help would be appreciated.
