model tree move

I have a user that would like to move the model tree from the left side to
the bottom, or right side. Unfortuantely, I haven't used Pro/E in about
three years, so I don't remember. can someone please help me with this?

I am using Pro/E WF2

    I find the right side best for me.   Have them RMB on any toolbar and
    select 'Commands' or 'Toolbars'.  Then select the 'Navigation Tabs' tab
    and you'll see the settings.
