Modifications to models does not load on another PC

I have been having this issue on my office computers. Whenever I make changes to a model, save it onto the disk and when I load it up on another PC

the modifications made would not load, therefore one cannot carry on from another's work on a different computer.

The models have been saved in the same directory and the folder was copied and transferred onto the second PC.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Please give me detailed solution.

    Are you clearing your Creo session of all parts before opening the copied file?

    This is were a PDM system would save you the trouble as once checked in from user A, user B could then have the latest changes.

    No, I have never cleared Creo session files before. Maybe this is the problem.

    The downstream PC doesn't have an earlier version of Creo?

    You'll need to verify if you don't have duplicate models in different locations on the computers also.

    No, I did not have the same models or duplicates on my computer before I transferred the files.

    Are you paying attention to the extension at the end of the part (i.e. part123.prt.37)?  If he has the same part on his computer and the extension is .52, it always loads the latest extension, so .52 would get loaded and not .37.

    Dale is completely correct. Also make sure that the other users do a erase not display.
